How do I sign up?

It's very simple! All you have to do is download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.Once you've downloaded the app, you can sign up using your Email address, Facebook, Google or Apple account (if you’re running iOS).

What are the Passto Customer Service hours?

The PassTo support is available 7 days a week, from 9 AM to 9 PM UK time.

What currencies are supported by PassTo?

PassTo currently supports GBP for customers sending money, while supporting 50+ currencies for the money to be received in.

What is the maximum amount I can send using the international remittance service?

You can send up to £2,000.00 daily for most countries with a maximum send amount limit of £10,000 per month and £50,000 per annum, to more than 50 countries worldwide. The only exceptions are the high risk jurisdictions where we usually reduce their respective thresholds by 50%. This criteria could be changed though on individual accounts based on compliance decisions.
