How can I check my PassTo Plus points?

To access your PassTo Plus points balance and review the history of earned, redeemed, and expired points, please follow these steps:

From Web App:

  1. Visit passto.co.uk and log in to your profile.
  2. On the side menu, click on” PassTo Plus”. Your points balance will be shown in the main information card, under your name.
  3. To check your points history, click on “Point history” positioned in the main information card. This will provide you with a record of earned, used, and expired points.

From Mobile App:

  1. Launch the PassTo app and sign in to your profile.
  2. Tap the "PassTo Plus" icon located on the bottom main bar. Your points balance will be shown at the top, under your name.
  3. To check your points history, click on the clock-shaped icon positioned in the top right corner. This will provide you with a record of earned, used, and expired points.
