How do I sign up?

It's very simple! All you have to do is downloading the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or visiting the web app on www.app.passto.co.uk. Once you've downloaded the mobile app or visit the web app, you can sign up using your Email address, Facebook, Google or Apple account (if you’re running iOS).

What do I need to get my account verified?

You need to be a UK-resident and have the right to reside there.

The standard way is providing your identification documents, whether passport, driving license, or residency ID, and your residency address.

If the place where you live is not registered under your name in public records, we might ask you to provide proof of address in the form of a phone bill, rental contract, etc.

How do you verify my account?

We verify your submitted identification documents through industry-standard and approved technology.

We then cross-check the information there with the address you provided through public databases to ensure the KYC (Know-Your-Customer) process is complete.

How do I remove my PassTo account? 

If you wish to remove your PassTo account, contact the company's customer service department, and someone will assist you. You should also check the company's privacy policy to determine the requirements for data deletion requests.

Prior to cancelling your account, it is recommended that you save all of your transactions and other data in a safe location. You will no longer have access to this data after your account has been removed.

Is a PassTo account required to receive money?

No, a PassTo account is not required to receive a PassTo international money transfer.

This is because PassTo supports bank deposits, mobile wallet credits, and cash pickups as delivery methods. None of these options require the recipient to have a PassTo account in order to access the funds.

Your recipient does not require a PassTo account in order to access the money you send via PassTo.

Is there a PassTo web version?

PassTo is working to add registration, login, and money transfer functionality to their website. Currently, the PassTo money transfer service is only accessible through their mobile app. This application is downloadable from the Google Play Store for Android devices and the Apple App Store for iOS devices.
